   Air Monitoring/Recording Devices

If you’ve ever driven by a power plant, you’ve seen vapours spewing from the tall emissions stacks. Perhaps you’ve wondered about it: what it consists of-and whether it’s allowed by the Environment Agency.

The Environment Agency wonders, too. In fact, it may require the plant to utilise air monitoring and recording devices, depending on such variables as the type of fuel used, the equipment operating at the site, the age of that equipment, etc. To find out more about tracking air emissions, continue on through this section of the EVC.
